Thank you for choosing Ctidpa. We know that clothing is not only a commodity but also reflects your style choices and life experiences. Therefore, we have formulated the following return and refund policy to protect your rights and interests and also reflect our high commitment to product quality and service experience.
1. 7-day worry-free return and exchange service
For goods purchased from Ctidpa, if human factors or special goods do not damage them, we will provide you with a [worry-free return and exchange] service within 7 days from the date of receipt, under the following conditions:
Returnable conditions (must be met at the same time):
- The goods have not been worn, washed, or damaged by human factors;
- The product tag, button, anti-counterfeit label, packaging box, manual, etc. are intact;
- The accompanying gifts (such as handbags and gift accessories) are returned together;
- No modification or use behavior was made before submitting the return application;
- The application must be initiated within 7 days after receipt.
Non-refundable situations:
- The product has noticeable wear, perfume, or body odor;
- The tag is cut, the packaging is damaged, or the gift is missing;
- No return request is made for more than 7 days;
- The product is not purchased through Cidpa's official channels.
2. Return and exchange due to quality problems (within 15 days)
If the product you received has quality issues, we support applications for return and exchange within 15 days after signing for it, and we bear the round-trip shipping costs. The following situations are considered quality problems:
- Considerable area damage, open thread, stains that cannot be cleaned;
- The style, color, and size do not match the order;
- Buttons/zippers fall off, functional accessories are damaged;
- The fabric has obvious holes, stitch jumpers, or degumming.
Warm reminder: Please ensure you upload clear photos when applying to expedite the review process.
3. Return and exchange process diagram
Submit Application: Login Account → My Order → Apply for Return and Exchange.
Review and Confirmation: Customer Service will review and reply within 1-2 working days
Return the goods to the return address and include the logistics order number in your upload.
Inspection and Refund: Inspect and accept the goods within 2 working days of receiving them, and a refund will be made if the conditions are met
4. Shipping fee description

The refund for the shipping fee will be calculated according to the actual express fee. A screenshot of the express delivery order must be provided, with a limit of $20 per order.
5. Refund description
Refund Period: 1-5 working days after the inspection is qualified, return the goods by the original route
Refund Method: Refund to your original payment account
6. Special commitment: Buy more and make up for the difference & size exchange
Buy more and make up for the difference: If you find that the price of the same product on the Ctidpa's official website has been reduced within 7 days, you can contact customer service to apply for a price difference refund;
First-time size exchange: If the size of your first purchase does not fit, we offer a complimentary size exchange service (limited to designated styles and regions).
