Shipping policy

We know that waiting for your favorite clothes is a fashion expectation in itself. For this reason, Ctidpa has specially created a set of surprise transportation experiences, making every step, from ordering to unpacking, an enjoyable experience.

1. Delivery range and time
We support delivery to all 48 states in the United States, as well as Hawaii and Alaska.
Delivery areas not supported: U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and overseas military mail (APO/FPO addresses).

2. Delivery method
Standard enjoyment delivery (5-7 working days | Shipping fee $8)
We have established in-depth cooperation with the USPS and utilize Priority Mail special packaging boxes with temperature regulation capabilities. Each package is equipped with a smart temperature control label to ensure that special fabrics are always in an ideal environment during transportation. Orders confirmed before 3 pm on weekdays will be shipped from our smart warehouse in California on the same day. 

City Express (2-3 business days | $18 | Limited time offer)
Customers who choose FedEx 2Day service will experience "white glove" delivery: each garment is professionally steamed and packed into a reusable magnetic gift box. You can freely select the morning (8:00-10:30) or evening (16:00-20:00) delivery time and even specify your preference for weekdays or weekends.

You can view logistics information in "My Orders" after your order has shipped and track the delivery status in real time through the logistics order number.

3. Split order and partial delivery instructions
If the goods you purchased come from multiple warehouses or involve pre-sale or spot mixing, we may split the order for you to ship multiple times. This will not affect your delivery costs or overall delivery experience.

After splitting the order, you will receive:

  • Multiple shipping notifications;
  • Multiple logistics order numbers;
  • Uniform after-sales guarantee.

4. Delayed delivery instructions and handling mechanism
Ctidpa insists on "on-schedule delivery." In the following situations, we will take the initiative to contact and handle:

Abnormal inventory/out of stock: Customer service will take the initiative to contact you to confirm the change or refund;

Extreme weather/natural disasters: We will restore as soon as possible and push real-time notifications;

5. Signing instructions
Please ensure that you sign in person. If someone else collects on your behalf, please confirm that the product packaging is intact;

If the packaging is damaged, there is apparent indentation, or items are missing, please take a photo on the spot, refuse to accept it, and contact the official customer service for processing;

For transportation damage issues reported more than 24 hours after the order is signed, the platform will regard the user's default acceptance as completed.

6. Special services (holiday packaging/handwritten greeting cards)
To enhance your gift-giving or exceptional shopping experience, we support:

Holiday customized packaging (requires notes or gift package options)

Handwritten greeting card service: word count ≤ 50 words; please get in touch with online customer service to note the content after placing an order
